Include whether you play on iPhone, iPad, or Android, your game version, and a short description of the problem. A screenshot can help; please hide personal information.
Purchases and Remove Ads
Use Restore Purchases in the game with the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Remove Ads disables automatic ads between levels. Rewarded ads for hints remain optional.
If restoration does not work, contact support. We may ask for the store order or transaction reference to locate the purchase. Never send passwords, full payment card details, or an unredacted receipt containing unrelated information.
Privacy choices and deletion
You can change optional analytics, crash reporting, and ad personalization in Settings → Data & Privacy. Your device’s tracking controls also apply.
