Terms and Conditions - Project Pop

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Project Pop, a mobile game from Gaia Super Lab. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions can be sent to support@gaiasuperlab.com.

2. Age and permitted use

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher age requirement that applies in your country or app store. If you have not reached the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must authorize your use and any purchase where required. You must follow applicable laws and platform rules.

3. A game, not a health service

Project Pop presents fictional skin-cleaning gameplay for entertainment. Its images, tools, actions, and progression are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or instructions for caring for real skin. Do not imitate gameplay on yourself or another person. Consult a qualified health professional about actual skin concerns.

4. License and intellectual property

You receive a limited right to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment under these Terms and applicable store rules. The app, artwork, design, and other content belong to Gaia Super Lab or their respective licensors. Third-party rights and licenses remain applicable.

For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a custom EULA is expressly provided in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement the applicable license and do not replace mandatory platform terms or consumer rights. Apple's EULA does not govern the Android app; its license is granted under these Terms and applicable Google Play rules.

5. Remove Ads: one-time purchase

Remove Ads (product identifier remove_ads) is an optional, non-consumable, one-time purchase. It permanently disables automatic ads shown between completed levels while you retain valid ownership. It is not a subscription and has no recurring renewal charge. It does not unlock game tools, levels, or consumable currency.

Rewarded hint ads remain optional: you may choose to watch them for a reward after buying Remove Ads. They are not required to use the purchased ad-removal feature.

The localized price and any applicable taxes are shown by your store at purchase. Apple or Google processes payment, and RevenueCat manages purchase validation and access. A cancelled or unsuccessful transaction does not grant ownership. A refund or revoked transaction may remove the purchased entitlement.

6. Restoration, refunds, and platform accounts

Use Restore Purchases in the Store screen to restore an eligible purchase under the same store account. Internet access and store availability may be needed for validation. Purchases are subject to the rules of the store where they were made and are not guaranteed to transfer between Apple and Google accounts or platforms.

Refund requests are handled through Apple or Google under their policies and applicable law. Contact our support team for app-related problems. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory refund or other consumer rights.

7. Ads, rewards, and availability

Ads depend on third-party availability, your privacy settings, platform rules, and network conditions. A requested rewarded ad may be unavailable. A reward is granted only after the ad provider reports the required completion. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. You are not required to consent to optional analytics or ad personalization in order to use a purchased feature.

8. Local progress

Project Pop stores game progress and preferences on your device and does not require its own account. Deleting app data, uninstalling, changing devices, or a device failure can affect that progress. Restoring a store purchase does not restore locally saved game progress. Operating-system backup and restoration are subject to the platform's capabilities.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe others' rights, interfere with the app or its providers, manipulate ad rewards or purchases, or bypass access controls. Restrictions on copying, modification, or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party licenses.

10. Privacy

The Project Pop Privacy Policy explains purchases, advertising, optional analytics and diagnostics, retention, and your choices. You can review privacy settings within the app and contact us about personal information.

11. Updates, service limits, and liability

We may release updates and change features to maintain the app or comply with platform requirements. Third-party outages and device or network limitations can affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude any warranty, liability, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be restricted for a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. If the app or a purchased feature is discontinued, any mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated as required. These Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
