Privacy Policy - Project Pop

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. About this policy

Project Pop is a mobile game from Gaia Super Lab. This policy explains how information is handled when you play, view ads, make a purchase, or contact us. You can contact us at support@gaiasuperlab.com.

You do not need a Project Pop account to play. The game does not ask you to upload skin photos or medical information and does not provide a health assessment. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise device location.

2. Progress and preferences on your device

Level progress, scores, collection entries, game settings, ad frequency counters, and your privacy choices are saved on your device. Project Pop does not provide its own account-based cloud save. Your operating system may include app data in device backups under your platform settings.

3. Purchases and restoration

Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat helps us retrieve products, validate purchases, restore access, and determine whether Remove Ads is owned. These services can process transaction and product identifiers, purchase and refund history, entitlement status, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical information such as app version, platform, IP address, and device information. An anonymous identifier is not the same as information that cannot be linked to a device or purchase.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Purchase-related processing is separate from optional gameplay analytics and remains necessary to provide purchases and restoration when those features are used.

4. Advertising

Project Pop uses Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and any ad networks enabled through that mediation service to provide advertising. Automatic ads can appear between completed levels, subject to frequency limits. Rewarded ads for hints are optional. Remove Ads disables automatic between-level ads; it does not remove the option to request a rewarded ad.

Ad services may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, advertising or other identifiers when available and permitted, and ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostic events. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where enabled and permitted, personalization. Declining personalization does not necessarily stop the technical processing needed to serve and measure a non-personalized ad.

You can change the ad personalization choice in Settings → Data & Privacy. Device privacy controls and any additional consent or tracking permission prompts also apply. Where required, consent or platform permission is needed before the corresponding use of data.

5. Optional analytics, diagnostics, and remote settings

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics support optional gameplay analytics and crash diagnostics. Information can include game and purchase-flow events, app version, device and operating system information, installation identifiers, and crash or error reports. Firebase Remote Config can supply app settings such as ad frequency limits when the Firebase integration is enabled. Network requests can expose technical information such as an IP address to the service receiving them.

You can enable or disable optional analytics and crash reporting in Settings → Data & Privacy. Changing a choice controls future optional collection; it does not automatically delete records already received by a provider. Gameplay and locally saved progress remain available when optional collection is declined.

6. Platform features and support

If you choose to connect a platform gaming service, Apple Game Center or Google Play Games may process the platform profile, identifiers, scores, and achievements needed for that feature. Platform account settings and policies apply. If you email support, we process the contact details and information you send to respond and resolve the request. Please do not send passwords, complete card numbers, or medical records.

7. Providers and disclosures

We use information to operate the game, deliver requested features, manage purchases, serve ads, improve reliability, respond to support, and meet legal obligations. Information is shared with the service providers needed for those purposes, or when legally required or necessary to protect users and prevent fraud. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell player contact lists or game save files. Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can use the privacy controls described above and contact us to exercise applicable rights.

8. Retention, deletion, and your rights

Local progress and preferences remain until removed by you or the operating system. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local data; copies in device backups may remain until those backups are removed. Uninstalling does not delete store transaction records or automatically remove records held by service providers.

Purchase records may be retained to restore ownership, process refunds, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting or other legal obligations. Analytics and diagnostic records follow the configured retention periods and provider policies. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Email support to make a request. We may ask for limited information to locate and verify the relevant record, and explain any legal retention exceptions. You can also use the privacy tools provided by Apple, Google, Unity, and other relevant providers.

9. Age requirements

Project Pop is intended for people aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. Higher age requirements or parental permission may apply in your country or app store. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can investigate and address deletion where applicable.

10. Security and changes

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no device, network, or service can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the app or its providers change. The date above identifies the latest version; material changes will be communicated as required.
