Terms & Conditions – Payooo

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Payooo mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), available for Android and iOS. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. About Payooo

Payooo is a personal finance and budgeting tool that helps users track payments, organize bills, and plan payoff strategies.

Payooo does not offer loans, credit, banking services, lending decisions, or financial advice. It is strictly an organizational tool for personal budgeting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Payooo. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the approval of a parent or guardian.

4. User Account

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information,
  • keeping your login credentials secure,
  • all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Personal Finance Data

Payooo allows you to enter bill details, amounts, payment reminders, and other personal planning information.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Payooo does not verify or validate financial entries.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Payooo offers optional premium features through:

  • Google Play Billing (Android)
  • Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

By purchasing a subscription or one-time upgrade, you agree to:

  • the pricing displayed in the App,
  • the renewal terms (if applicable),
  • Google Play / Apple billing policies,
  • RevenueCat’s entitlement system.

All payments are handled by Google or Apple.We do not store or access your credit card information.

Refunds must be requested directly from:

7. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through:

  • Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions
  • iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

8. Ads & Third-Party Services

The free version of Payooo may show ads using Google AdMob.

Payooo also uses Firebase Analytics, Meta (Facebook) App Events, and RevenueCat for analytics, advertising measurement, app-install attribution, and subscription management.

Your use of the App is also subject to Google, Apple, and third-party terms, including:

  • Google Play Terms of Service
  • Apple App Store Terms
  • Google Advertising Policies
  • Meta Platform Terms and Meta Advertising Standards
  • RevenueCat Terms

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to damage or disrupt servers and networks
  • Use automated scripts or scraping tools
  • Impersonate others or misuse account access

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, content, design, and intellectual property within the App belong to Gaia Superlab.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse App content without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available"without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

Payooo does not provide financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaia Superlab and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • data loss,
  • device damage,
  • loss of profits or financial decisions made using the App,
  • inaccurate user-entered information,
  • unauthorized account access.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you:

  • violate these Terms,
  • misuse the App,
  • engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date will change.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
