The word rotation can make a tracker sound like a treatment planner. Keep the boundary clear: the blog records past events and does not select sites, provide injection technique or set medication frequency. Make labels understandable to your future self
Choose consistent wording for the area and side that you can verify. Avoid a vague note such as same as before when it depends on an earlier entry that may be missing. If an app asks for more precision than you remember, use a separate note instead of inventing a completed record.

Read the history without promoting it into instructions
Before referring to a site-history view, check which medication and date range it includes. A blank area may mean no entries exist in that view, not that the area has never been used. An old record from another medication also does not establish which instructions apply to the current product.
