Terms & Conditions – Peptiva

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peptiva mobile application (“Peptiva”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), available for iOS and Android. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. About Peptiva

Peptiva is a personal tracking tool for GLP-1 medications, peptides, weight progress, reminders, and related health routine information.

Peptiva is intended for organizational and educational use only. Peptiva does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing services, pharmacy services, emergency support, or clinical monitoring.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Peptiva. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Health & Medication Information

Peptiva allows you to record doses, schedules, symptoms, weight entries, notes, goals, and other health-related information that you choose to enter.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you enter or import into the App.

Dose forecasts, medication-level estimates, reminders, calculators, and similar tools are informational only and should not be relied on as medical guidance.

5. No Medical Advice

Peptiva does not replace your doctor, pharmacist, clinic, or emergency services. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, changing, or timing any medication or peptide routine.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate professional medical care.

6. Health Platform Integrations

Peptiva may offer optional integrations with Apple Health on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android to import weight, height, or similar body metrics.

These integrations are optional. You control whether to grant permission. Availability may depend on your device, operating system, app version, and the third-party platform.

7. Notifications & Reminders

Peptiva may send local reminders and notifications if you enable them. Reminder delivery depends on device settings, operating system behavior, permissions, battery restrictions, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, or at all.

8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Peptiva offers optional premium features through:

  • Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
  • Google Play Billing (Android)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management and entitlement handling)

By purchasing a subscription or other paid feature, you agree to the pricing, renewal terms, and billing terms displayed in the App and by the applicable app store.

All payments are processed by Apple or Google.We do not store your credit card or payment card information.

9. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through:

  • iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests must be handled through Apple or Google, as applicable.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App,
  • use the App for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes,
  • attempt to interfere with App functionality, systems, or security,
  • misuse subscriptions, entitlements, or premium features,
  • upload or share harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content through the App.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, branding, design, software, and content in Peptiva belong to Gaia Superlab or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reuse App content without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peptiva is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free of bugs or errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaia Superlab and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • medical decisions or outcomes based on information shown in the App,
  • missed doses, missed reminders, or delayed notifications,
  • loss of data, device issues, or interruption of service,
  • inaccurate data entered or imported by users,
  • acts or failures of Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other third parties.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App or related services.

You may stop using Peptiva at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date will change.

Your continued use of Peptiva after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
